Tasting Notes
Our “pizza/pasta wine” grows some muscles. This wine combines Cabernet
Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Merlot as in previous blends but adds Syrah for
more depth and complexity. It has a nose of dark berries, followed by a rich
mouth feel bursting with fruit; the finish is long with good structure.
Food Pairings
Versatile enough to pair with everything from pizza pie to hearty meats.
Perfect with barbecued chicken pizza, beef brisket, or just about anything.
